Unable to register kit on APP as directed. I signed up on portal, no luck there either. No helpful workaround besides contacting customer service. I called & they're unable to take phone call. Emailed & response stated I need to wait 1 business day or proceed with alternative options, which were also ineffective. Hoping this resolves soon because this service costs a pretty penny. So far, 1 out of 3...not very good odds!

The product itself is great. App is not. Runs and looks like it was designed by an outsourced cheap dev from 4 years ago. Every screen requires loading (at least with the latest update the loading wheel isn't a low quality jpg). No way to edit data if you've accidentally put in the wrong info (important when registering tests). Some menus just go to a website vs being integrated. Etc - just lots of sloppy UX + being slow. At least it's functional. I just expect more for the price of the product.

App and website both need some serious work. It's a battle just to log in. I'm being forced into changing my password every time and it still tells me I'm invalid. It's hard to navigate and find anything on both app and website. I have to email customer service EVERY time I need something and I find that highly annoying. It's absolutely NOT user friendly! If I can't navigate it, there is no way that someone that has special needs is going to be able to navigate this mess.
