App is broken. The videos suddenly stop and reset back to the start. Cannot go through a workout without restarting the training at least twice a session

I have more trouble with this app than any other one. Now it's telling me that my password is expired and a code will be sent to my email to help reset it. I never got the code. This app is trash. Fix it.

My work provides access to this app. I'm sure there's a lot of good info here, but I'm not going to spend a bunch of time/clicks/screens answering questions to get to it, and privacy doesn't seem great. Uninstalled.
