This app is nothing but a constant headache. Sending and receiving messages is anyones guess as to whether or not you will type over a thousand words (more or less im just using that as an example number), only to have it completely erased afterward with an error message of some kind showing on the screen. Also, the option to make deposits on the accounts has not worked in over a year. You literally cannot use it you have to do that by phone which is becoming just as much aggravating!

The app is trash. Literally. You can't upload pictures. I have to type my messages, then copy them. Then hit send and lose them. Then paste what I copied and hit send. This is the key of your having trouble - don't expect it to go through the first time and copy it until you can get out to go through. I guess I'm going to think like the developers and say I'm just grateful to be able to contact my loved one. I'm sure that had to be the bar when they created it.

The share a photo from camera roll option for sharing photos does not work. It takes me through the process of selecting which photos I'll let the app have access to, then just closes that portion out and brings me back the the message center. I e done this circle over a dozen times. It's only possible to share pictures you take in the moment using the app. And since the company no longer allows you to share photos using the desktop, I can't share any photo I have of my newborn with my brother..
