Extremely user unfriendly. Logged into just downloadedJelbi with my BVG app account. Lengthy verification process. All options for payment, direct debit, credit cards, paypal, were rejected without giving a reason. Contacted Logpay. They wanted more information. Next day, I was told I cannot register from an address outside Germany. It would have been useful to know that before starting the lengthy registration process. There is no information anywhere about this discriminatory restriction.

Happens quite often that I get an error when trying to buy a ticket saying that it didn't work. The ticket doesn't show up at all in the app but as soon as the app has a good enough internet connection again it will still charge me. So I get no ticket but I still have to pay for it. This is a huge flaw and should not be able to happen!

Stops working when I need it the most. "Something unexpected happened" is not an error that user can deal with. Also, payments are very slow and they're forced to be done on the spot which causes lots of issues with the driver. Any reason to not have a pre-purchased set of tickets (short trip)? P.S. Contacted support on the same day, no response so far (9 days passed)

Hello there, we appreciate your feedback. Pre-purchasing tickets other than the 4-single trip ticket is currently not possible in any of the BVG apps. But we are happy to take this into consideration for further development. Regarding the crash you mentioned, we'd be happy to assist you via support@jelbi.de. - Your Jelbi Team šŸ’›
