update: hi development team - not sure what took over me, but i apologize for getting so angry and mean about some app. i did wound up finding the bike tickets, but if you're open to feedback, i'd like to note that they are very unintuitive-looking. They used to have a BIG bike on the icon and now that bike is 4 pixels in size. and the word Fahrrad is also in very small font or hidden inside a longer word. i think it would rly help with readability to return to the big bike icon.

Update: Please send an email, if you wish with a screenshot to: appsupprt@bvg.de. Hi Bard, that is not correct. Both apps do have the option to purchase a bike-ticket. If you look in the third row of the ticket options you will find four different kinds of bike-tickets. Single, short track, dayticket or monthly ticket.

hey the location finding and prefilling when activating a ticket seems to be unreliable. it would be useful to be able to set up home and work and then potentially use those. messages of what is missing to activate a ticket are still not great. maybe even a tourist mode that helps people understand what tickets are needed when getting from the airport as it's often the first app downloaded by visitors. still 3 stars because it's getting more reliable but there are confusing edge cases.

I found very comfortable a possibility to add Deutschland Ticket to Google wallet, but it's already two times when I was checked by ticket control, and they don't see that ticket from Google wallet is valid :)

Hey, danke für dein Feedback! Bitte achte darauf, bei jedem Monatswechsel das neue/aktuelle Deutschlandticket zu deiner Wallet hinzuzufügen, dann sollte eigentlich alles wie gewohnt funktionieren.
