Poor experience. Lots of usability issues. Using Google Pixel 3XL. When searching for flights, if you switch apps to check on something, it deletes your selections. Also, when putting in your destination (whether by airport code or full city name) you input field is broken. Further to that, once you enter the destination, the confirm button shoots from the middle of the screen to the bottom meaning you press a different destination and have to start again 🤔. Really bad user experience.

Terrible app. Very difficult to use (on newest Samsung). Could not access boarding pass after numerous attempts. The screen would show step 4 for boarding pass for a split second then go "exit check in". Every time you try to go back, it kicks you out and you have to start all over. Also doesn't remember your infomation so you have to input it every time. Tried at least 50 times in a 24hour period. So much for avoiding the line up at the airport.

I used Air Transat in the past (2023), but the app is not helping me do basic things such as add the flight and train info for my registered trip into my Google Calendar. Even the confirmation email about my trip doesn't have links to set that up (this is pretty standard stuff, so I can only imagine this wasn't added on purpose, maybe to keep me in the app?). However, the app has lots of promotions to get me to upgrade to a more expensive ticket or other things I don't want. Super frustrating!
