I have had to reinstall the app several times. (I have had it less than a year) It loses bluetooth connectivity often. Sometimes it will come back sometimes I uninstall/reinstall. (And yes I try turn Bluetooth, which I never turned off, back on. Doesn't work.) My Wellness is finicky. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I actually laughed the day I checked after wearing them for 5 hours and it said I had worn them for 0 minutes but somehow I was able to get 1 minutes of activity in.

This app works flawlessly with my Signia Premium 5 SP BTE LI hearing aids as far as setting volume, choosing a program and setting direction. I've only had them a few days, but I'm not sure the battery level indicator is accurate. As long as I charge the HAs every night, it won't be a problem. **Update: After more than a week of using this app, I have discovered many bugs. I've had to restart my phone often to get my hearing aids to work properly.

First impression Just got new aids yesterday. App is so so. Why is directional hearing limited to the universal mode. Seems like having that avail when using noisy env would be really useful. Direction, left goes just left, right just right, back just back, front goes 180. How about a direct front? Bluetooth has been glitchy, kept dropping and picking up as I walked. So far I'm not overwhelmed. Only slightly better than my aids and app that I got 5 yrs ago. Expected more.
