It's not great. Bluetooth connection is inconsistent and frequently the app fails to register the hearing aids. The connection between hearing aid and phone is mostly fine (I can make/receive calls, which doesn't need the app anyway) but streaming from Spotify is useless. If the app does decide to connect to the heating aids, it's half-decent. Using a Google Pixel 9a. Suspect the app was designed for Apple and "adapted" for Android but clearly needs some serious development.

Received the latest update (Dec 25) to find several bugs. Bluetooth connection so bad and intermittent. i switch aids on in the morningand half an hour later, with the phone next to me, the bluetooth needs reconnecting. Sometimes when I close the android phone (and open it) the aids turn off for 5 seconds and then return. Needs looking at urgently. Really frustrating having to continually wait several minutes to reconnect bluetooth to change settings and actually be able to use it to hear stuff

I started using the app with a Samsung A55 phone and had problems with Bluetooth functionality where the app would constantly drop out. Upgraded to a newer phone that has better Bluetooth and still the same issues. Turn on Bluetooth mode to connect and while it does eventually connect it drops out so next time you want to adjust your settings using the app, you need to go through the whole process of connecting the app to the hearing aids again. Fix the issue please
