Ratings and reviews

1. While I'm registered as lotus member, the flights I buy from the app don't add my membership automatically + doesn't add the flight in upcoming flights monitor, which defeats the purpose of having the app. 2. several bugs reported that were not fixed, music stoping when app opening + no ability to enter a phone number that is not registered in Vietnam at Flight booking page.

Need another way to reset password/change customer's information. Currently, I lost my old registration email but I'm stilling using my mobile phone number for nearly 10 years, however, they said that they cannot process the update if my documents are not provided through the old email. Password reset have to be done with registration email also, cannot proceed via OTP SMS or other method.

Everybody really should not buy ticket on the app. It is sucked. The promotion or discount is not updated on it. I had to buy 1 more checked luggage to find out that there was already 1 addition due to their promotion!!! And no refund!!!
