I've used the app for almost 2 years now. Ever since the update, it's been horrible! I can't get my phone to link with the app, so I can't view my cameras in real time! What is the point of being able to view your home while away from it, if the app won't let you view your camera footage? It says the footage is from 4 hours prior to the time I'm trying to look at! I've called customer service, they linked my phone with the app, the cameras worked for literally 5 minutes! Then back to freezing!

Just as bas as ADT, the doorbell doesn't ring my phone like a call when someone pushes the button. By the time I open the app and the app loads the live video, the person has left. I don't get alerts for people in front of the house all the time. I was outside by the tracking camera. It didn't pick me up. I was right under it, and it did nothing. Equipment is expensive, and they don't give nothing free for signing. Aldo 5 day trial! Smh!

Pixel 8 Pro fully updated. With the latest update last week, when I click on the cameras tab it now displays still images of each camera that are anywhere from 3 to 5 hours ago. Opening the camera does still provide me with a real time camera. Displays images from less than a minute ago on an iPhone though. Tried clearing cache first, then even completely uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. System still works great, just a small annoyance after the last Android update to the app.
