• App is slow, clunk, and litered. A lot of the times when i tap a product, it won't take me to the product's page even after waiting for a whole minute. Try tapping anything and the response is either very slow, or non existent. • Bad categorization and navigation. Some products are placed in the wrong category, which makes it hard to find the products you want. • I haven't had any negative experiences regarding payment and shipping. The app is just terrible imo.

Horrible user experience. Facebook login/register not working. Mobile phone login/register not working. I am stuck at the create new password section. I have used 8-20 characters, with combination of uppercase lowercase alphabet, symbol and number. Yet it keeps saying your new password doesn't match our requirements. Also it keeps insisting us to grant it notification and location permission. I have dismissed the request screen one hundred times and it persists. No respect for user's choice.

So disappointing. I always do not care about the apps, not user friendly. I have the membership physical card and shopping in person but last night the attendant cound not id me through my phone. And casually offer his id number to "help" check out and suggest me download the app. This is what I had. I can not login its report back that my membership is invalid. Then when I apply for a new account my phone number had been taken. Of course. By me. What an effort just to be a member. Forget it.
