Ratings and reviews

Improvements needed. I loaded this app and tried to add money by bank transfer, I tried to add from a couple of accounts and on each occasion got an error message. I was able to add with a debit card but that's less easy and not what I would want to do regularly so once I can add by bank transfer it will be more useful.

Good transfer fees and UI, but the transactions take far too long. I use a more established money transfer app and they take half the time. The small difference in fees might not be enough to keep me using Zing. The delay is just a tad too much. When asked about why it takes so long, Zing just advise it's dependent on the bank... so I guess they just don't have the same power as other money transfer apps. A shame.

Horrible Do not use this for international transfers. They promise with immediate transfers but the truth is most of the time your transfers are pending and 24 hours later they send it back without giving a reason why it was cancelled. No accurate timeframes and multiple security checks No number to call , only via chat. Really disappointed gave it 1 star but actually deserves none
