Ratings and reviews

Great if you're standing next to the appliance. Not so much if you aren't. The remote function isn't truly remote. When issuing a command to a remote enabled washer/dryer (i.e. 15 minute dryer cycle to freshen up a load of clothes), the app will "send" the command. The you have to physically go to the washer/dryer to "accept" the command, and hit "start". What's the point? (Banging head against the wall!)

Complete trash! This app doesn't work. Trying to register all the drop downs are empty. Won't let you add appliances due to not being able to select country or state. Keeps popping error "Something went wrong, last action didn't execute". Absolutely useless. Update: After a recent app update I thought things might be better, not nope, still complete trash! Clicking Add an Appliance, popup "Something went wrong". How do apps like this get on the Play store? Seems like no one vets it. Still trash

It works well enough for controlling my washer and dryer, but cycle completion notifications seem spotty. Setup was simple but the app required me to hand over a creepy amount of personal data, and turn on location services for some reason!! There is an option to opt out of some data collection but I don't trust it at all. The app is also bloated, it seems more interested in collecting my personal data and selling me laundry products than just helping me control my washer and dryer.
