Worst App ever. Downloaded it 3 weeks back and up to date I can not add items to the cart. I've tried on my phone (Honor X6A) and my Samsung tablet. I called the helpline on the 25th of June and was told the matter had been escalated as there was a bug on the App and this would be resolved in a few days.. But here we are on the 16th of July and the App is still not working. What's the point?

The reason it's getting 1 star is because if something is out of stock there is no way to remove the item from the cart. I don't want to be charged for something that isn't available especially when there isn't an alternative I want. Also even when I try and click on an alternative it doesn't remove the out of stock product from the cart. Would love to see more vegetarian and vegan options besides the fresh produce.

Overall great experience, the customer service communicated when there were delays, I however feel the drivers service needs to improve and expand location too. They deliver a few houses away from me but not available at my house. I always have to use my neighbors address to buy. We are on the same street
