How does GoZone work?
- GoZone is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a short walk of your chosen destination. Now for the clever bit; our algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel, making public transportation easier than ever before!

How long will I wait

Ratings and reviews

None of my cards work and trying tk book a trip reaults in a grayed out screen. App will freeze while booking a trip. If you close out and come back it won't show a ride booked but if you try and book one it will say you already have. It will eventually show up but very annoying because you have no idea how long till ride. Ride times will go up and down. Drivers take breaks but yiu still get assigned to them. GPS accuracy is attrocious.

Horrific. I used it a bit and experienced long wait times and even longer drop off times for locations that were nearby, but those were fine. When a driver stops to take a smoke break while playing inappropriate songs in the car explicitly telling women to flash men, that is something else entirely. If this was a friend's car, that'd be different. This is a city service. Beware of reporting, they don't respond to emails and have outsourced their phones. Travel in groups and stay safe.

App keeps shutting down on my last several tries. I've just started using it a few days ago. Mixed results. It doesn't give an intersection for pickup, just one street name. And the estimated pickup time gets moved back considerably, so dont use this if you're up against a hard deadline. But drivers & passengers have been fine so far. 1/20/23: Uninstalled/reinstalled app. Still not opening up. "Unfortunately, GoZone has stopped" and "GoZone keeps stopping" when i try to load it.
