Worked well for about a month; then once I am done on YouTube or playing a game, etc the VPN turns off. I am constantly having to turn on the VPN. I contacted customer service and they said they were not able to have the VPN automatically turn back on but would suggest it to their tech team. Now It won't turn on at all and just takes me to a screen where it runs something to check connections - three of the sections fail. Now I have no way of getting into my account-AT ALL!!

used too block ads really well but doesn't seem to work anymore. please fix this problem. it stopped working about a month ago. adding on to my statement. this app no longer works the way it did. I'm canceling my subscription because of it no longer stopping malicious ads. fix it if your going provide it as a function. false advertising otherwise.

Works great, is easy to use, and does what you want and expect it to do. I have noticed that it does consume quite a bit of battery. I'd estimate roughly 25% of my daily usage. Though I've noticed that this does seem to change from one access point to another. I do wish there was a way to turn it completely off when not in use. Instead it goes to a "disconnected" mode and still uses battery and resources. I want to be able to turn it off completely without having to Force Quit the application. This is mostly because I rarely connect to Wifi access points outside of trusted areas, so I'd want to totally turn off the application until I want to use it again - roughly once or twice per week at most. Short of that, I thoroughly enjoy the app.
