Ratings and reviews

Local transfer from El-Altet to Alicante airport at 6am( radio taxi Elche), worked very well, 5 min before taxi arrived, automated mobile call for eta of cab, then arrived as scheduled. No credit card required before hand , cash option. All good , Radio taxi Elche very good service over the last two years. All good.

July 2024. Can not link the card. App is not accepting Irish card. Can not boom the taxi without linked card. Pleas fix. App doesn't allow to register. I press on "register" - nothing happens. I've sent the email with problem description to support - no reply

Completely unreliable. Caused my parents to almost miss their flight. Prebooked and even confirmed by phone, and we arrived at the pickup point 15 minutes early and waited. The driver never showed up and marked the job as cancelled, claiming we were a no show. After a lengthy wait on the phone, the call center was no help either and offered no alternatives. We ended up rushing into town and I was able to flag down a taxi who got them there just in time. Definitely do not recommend!
