I am a Next customer, and my overall experience with Hype is fair. Though there are some major issues not related to the card but to the laggy app. It has many bugs, and when I try to access the graphs in the Bitcoin section, it shuts the app off. Another annoying issue that I have faced appears in the stocks, ETF and Metals section, since when I clic on the trendline graphs of any stock, even the ones that I own, a gray interface pops up and I unavailable to see any trendline or information.

sometimes it is not possible to sens instant payments, especially during the weekend on Sunday evening and at the intersection between sunday night and Monday early in the morning. Do not understand why it is not possible to set a cap over the maximum amount of monthly expenditures. It allows to prevent large expenses to be pursued when the physical card is stolen and the card owner is not aware of it. That said, well done! Thanks

Somehow, this app only gets worse with each update. I'm getting more and more connection errors, everything's slower, and the UI is much clunkier to navigate than it used to be. Transactions and login operations sometimes fail for seemingly no reason – another issue that wasn't present in older versions of the app. It went from being very good to barely acceptable.
