Too many clicks to get what I want done. When paying billers, in the new version you can only make 1 payment. So if you have to make payments for 5 bills, you have to make individual payments. It's very time consuming n inconvenient. The new app has an OK UI but the UX is overwhelming, has too much information, unnecessary paginations instead of on-page scroll, this makes it very slow to use. If they change the functionality to do the minimum functions of the old app, it should be fine.

Your app asked me to turn off Developer Options. Because of that, my USB debugging option was turned off. After that, my phone’s display stopped working, and I couldn’t access my files on my PC because Developer Options were off. find better solution for that..

This app is absolutely useless! Every time I urgently need to transfer money, it stops working. Not just once, but multiple times. What’s the point of a banking app if it fails at the most critical moments? This has caused me huge inconvenience and frustration. Sampath Bank seriously needs to fix this unreliable app immediately!
