Just tried to redeem my points as expiring in 2 days and the app went to charge me for the "free 1/4 chicken". Going to ignore points from now on unless a button saying add free item is added on the app. Apart from redeeming points the rest of the app is easy to use and makes ordering simple.

Unusable. Uninstalled. Can't get passed the verification code screen, all codes always fail. Password reset doesn't work either, it just says "this action is not allowed in the current authentication state" huge waste of time trying to get this junk working.

love nandos! the chicken is always great tasting with macho peas and peri chips. staff are great always find a table here. using the app is a great way to choose what you want and just relax at your table! highly recommend
