Ratings and reviews

Good on tracking loan payment but really a huge hassle and very inconvenient when using for loan applications. The fill up menus are awful and are wonky. The drop down menu is incomplete and only limited, I had to refresh a lot of times but still, it does not show more options. I hope you fix the application more and try to check more bugs/details. Thanks!

Before then, HC seems good. But after my multiple complete transaction with good payment records, the system are NOT RELIABLE now. They always keep sending Offers thru text and apps notifications. But it always cannot proceed even you already update your apps identity record. Very bad service and partnership due to system glitch etc.

I can't login to my home credit account. After I fill-up all necessary information that needed it always says "We are verifying your account (Please do not close the app)" it takes too long, so I clicked "Refresh" then it go "We don't have offers for you at the moment (We appreciate your interest, but we are unable to provide an offer for you at the moment). I did it so many times for like 3 days now I still can't login, it's my due today for my home credit loan. What can I do? I need help.
