Ratings and reviews

Fairly good app. Every now and then it stucks and stops responding in an irritating way. Not very intuitive app, made by programmers that have no consideration for less technological persons. Shame on poste!

The service is very fast and sure, I sincerely appreciate it.

Changed phone only to find out you needed your old phone to approve the app to be used on your new phone and then going through the process only to find the system would not send the SMS code to allow you to continue. No help on the online account and trying to find a solution is like trying to find a needle in a hey stack, totally impossible!! These systems are so backwards it's unreal!
