I have had no trouble with this app in the past, it's wonderful. BUT it's become really frustrating to use now. Rewards require a longer amount of time to acquire points (which makes sense) but sometimes it's just ridiculous. About a month ago I used my points for a Google play card, which is still in process...This issue is really bothering me, I tried using my points for an Amazon card and that went well. Customer service is impossible to reach, I've been trying for 10 days now.

If executed in an effective way, the PLAYTIME app could be the best tool imaginable to help with corrections and advancements of other apps it features. Not only isn't it executed as it is supposed to be, there is also no clear information given to reach customer service when the app doesn't function correctly. If you are able to find a way to reach out about losing money due to a malfunction, you don't get a response from anyone, nor are you compensated. Instead, it feels more like a scam.

Great experience. There are a lot of game options and I can confirm that is DOES payout! It takes a while, and you won't get rich playing games, but it is legitimate. My only complaint about the app is that if you pick a game you don't want to play anymore, there is no way to get it off your list of. So I have like 20 games I have to scroll by before I get to the one I actually want to use. Minor issue though. Otherwise, great app!
