Absolutely horrible! Had a simple screen repair and the only option was to mail it in to them, no option to take it to a store. You have to remove all screen locks and send it to them completely unprotected. It took 18 days total to get my phone back and when I turned it on it had been factory reset. Years worth of photos, dozens of apps, all of my contacts, all of my passwords, all gone without warning. Don't waste your time or money on them! I'd give them a 0 star if it was an option.

This I'm trying to push on Servify Care App I recently had a screen flickering issue with my television set, and at the same time there was a weird crackling noise on my smart speaker. Both seemed to break down on literally the same day but I am happy to say that these have been resolved. The technician who came to my home to fix the problem was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.They took the time to diagnose the issue and explained to me what was causing the problems.

Horrible customer service! I had to use them for samsung care + and nobody could explain what was going on the whole time. Everyone I talked to said I would get a response in 1-2 days but that didnt happen once. When I did finally get an estimated timeline I was told item is backordered until 2/20, but item ended up shipping 2/2. I was told multiple I needed patience when I was calling after no response over a week wait for a simple update. Avoid this company if you have any say in the matter.
