The OneService App is a convenient platform that allows you to submit feedback anytime, anywhere.
- Improve your neighbourhood by submitting feedback

Fix issues like cleanliness, pests and maintenance of greenery and infrastructure by using this App. We will help to direct your feedback to the relevant Town Council or authorities such as HDB, NEA, LTA and NParks. There is no need for you to indicate which agency is responsible!

Used to be a great app, but no longer works. Whoever is in charge of the app feels my phone is safer with a 6 year old OS rather than an up to date version, which is a custom ROM. I should not be forced into buying a new phone either when this one works just fine, in particular with the new ROM which has all security updates. A pity. Disappointing.

no one answer or do anything. especially if you stay in marine parade . it's been months and same things is not move and forever working but nothing happen . it mark as complete despite doing nothing. what a waste of time . use for years and disappointed. you use poll with 1 star nothing happen even if you feedback . no one will call or continue with the issue . maybe expose the feedback and let the public bote which is more crucial to fix for our community, else it is just hidden and not fix

When attempting to submit a case, location services is mandated when submitting a photo. This is not an issue. However the app is never able to lock on location, and thus photo cannot be taken. Pleas fix
