I really like this concept it's fun to play and gives good feedback. Only problem is one of the games I don't understand Picasso is based off of quality in the contraction but I'm not sure what I have to do squeeze less or more or just hold it doesn't make sense I've tried everything and nothing really seems to work consistly. All the other games are fun they set good goals and you can even play against people it's pretty freaking awesome I brag about it at work with my girlies!

The best, simply the best. There are other Kegel exercisers with the apps, but Perifit is so far ahead, it is literally top of Olympus, so high-tech, so carefully designed and thought through that I cannot stop being awed, even 1 year after the purchase. The app is great on so many levels, but I will tell you this: mini-games in the app look better in terms of interface, music and creativity than many 'normal' mobile games. I swear it's true. :D Perifit is truly a life-changer, amazing work.

Fun way to learn control over your pelvic floor. I enjoy the visual biofeedback from the games. Playing the games made me realize many things about my pelvic floor health. Some good, some I need to work on. This tool gives me a way to do that at home, without costly trips to the clinic. I've been to pelvic floor PT mamy times in my life, and I've learned more during the introduction and the first set of games, than I ever did during all of my visits over the years. Seamless app and tool!
