Ratings and reviews

Every time I have had to do anything with Service NSW it's always been super easy. The staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient. And they always seem to get the issue sorted or can point you in the right direction if unable to help you there. The banks, telcos etc could learn a lot from how this organisation is run.

Garbage app. Ever since they introduced 2 factor authentication I haven't been able to access. Try to login via the app and it asks me to use a code that's been sent to my app. How can I use a code sent to the app when I'm trying to log into the app. No alternative method to login other then calling or visiting in person. Beyond ridiculous

Rubbish I've selected claim toll rebate. It sends a notification to my phone which tells me to tap on the notification and then just takes me back to page I started on. Tried many times and just endlessly looped to same page again!
