The first time I tried to spend a voucher I couldn't and was told there was a system fault, however I was able to on the second attempt. My main gripe with the app is that on multiple shops I have scanned the app yet I have received no reward and it hasn't shown on my history, including at least 2 instances when the spend was over £100. I just don't know if the app is on the blink but the rewards are too poor and inconsistent.

It's great that you can earn and build a cashpot for Christmas. But this year compared to last year is really difficult to build any savings. I started the cashpoint on the day they released it last year and in just a few months had built up £90! I thought this year's would be impressive given we would have the year instead of a few months but I'm barely at £70 and it's taken 10 months! Today I spent £95 and made £1 for the cashpot. At this rate I might as well shop at Tesco next year 🙈

This app is great when you can use it. The main issue is that for the past 2 days I haven't been able to get into my account. I have spoken to the help desk and was told how to unlock my account, as it wasn't loading so I had overloaded the password, and changed my password a few times, but it still won't load to let me sign in. So at the moment I can't access my account and can't use the app on my phone as again it won't let me sign in despite a new password
