Horrible user interface for looking at your kids mycharts and info. Painfully complicated to get to their appointments and messages. Should allow you to select them and then have all the same info but no, you have to select them each time for each section which then reverts back to your own info. Terrible!! MyChart app was way better. It's easier to use the phone browser in desktop mode than this poor excuse of an app.

Great app, very convenient. However, since the recent update (12/14ish), it has not worked on my Samsung phone anymore. It freezes when I try to access it. I've Uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It's been unavailable for over a week now. Sadly, I've really needed it to communicate with my doctor about my heart issues. Very inconvenient time to stop working. Will give it one more try. Then Uninstalling for good.

12/26/2020 - Update to previous dismal review. This app improved in some ways over my prior review. It recently quit working entirely. So, I uninstalled/ reinstalled. It doesn't work at all: "We're looking into it" has been the error message for the past couple of weeks. It really does seem like the designers aren't really thoroughly testing. Make this work, please!
