How to connect this smart TV remote app to Apple TV?
1. Ensure your TV is connected to the home Wi-Fi and is on the same network as your smart phone.
2. Open the Remote Control for Apple TV, select the target device, and start controlling your TV.
3. If you choose to use IR mode, you must point your phone’s IR blaster directly at the TV. The usual working range is 5-15ft.

Troubleshooting:
- The app can only connect if both your phone and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network.
- To use IR mode, make sure your phones and tablets have a built-in IR blaster.
- If you experience connection issues, try reinstalling the app and restarting your TV.

this app completely sucks. you get 2 ads on start up, then a screen about paying for an ad free subscription pops up, then once you connect to the TV you get another 2 ads. it takes about 3 minutes to just be able to control the TV.. BUT WAIT! You only get to press a button 7 times before another 2 ads pop up!! the only reason i use this app is because it's the only one that will detect my TV.

The app works well, but has a major flaw. It only stays connected to the TV for a few minutes, literally. If your streaming shows, it's ok. But, if you're on YouTube or anything remote heavy, it's basically useless. It needs you to constantly reconnect to the TV. It's definitely not worth 26 bucks a year, which is what they charge for ad free use.

way too many and too long ads. Edit after developer feedback: Before paying I wanted to test the app. But the way the free test version is set up is horrible. After a few clicks (not sure how many, but a very low number) I got an ad that lasted more than 30 seconds!!! Trying change the volume on the TV from 40 to 35 I got 2 ads that lasted more than 30 seconds each, felt like a full minute, didn't take exact time. Utterly useless for testing the app. Made me uninstall right away.
