I can't see my accounts list, so I can't transact. I have visited the branch enough times and have shared emails and spoken to your tele support but haven't found a solution yet. My transaction tabs are also not active. I click one of them, the app shuts off, and I get a bug report. Assist.

4 stars since Stanbic App has no SAVE option. It's all about DEPOSIT and WITHDRAW funds but no SAVING ACCOUNT OR FIXED ACCOUNT. I stopped using Equity but they offered those services via the app. Kindly Improve on that. I want to be save using the app & not visiting the bank whenever I need the services (not just using the app to withdraw or deposit funds).

Am happy with the app so far. They should have more promotions to encourage use of the app. Like the one for 5 transactions for 1000 free airtime. However, it makes no sense to charge me for viewing my statement at so much per page, while the same service seems to be absolutely free on the internet banking platform. My app store is more personal hence should be convenient too. If not free.
