The app supports myQ-enabled products from leading garage door manufacturers including Chamberlain and LiftMaster. myQ helps you keep your home or business safe and secure.

Sounds like it would be great, but the garage door opener constantly goes offline. Tried calling customer service, but they just want to blame it on the wifi. Standing next to the garage door opener, I get 200Mbps on a speed test on the same network. The video keypad works, until you close the garage door! I have a ton of smart home devices, and the two myQ devices are the only devices with consistent problems. These products are trash and the customer service is useless. Choose another brand.

It's fine. It allows you to open and close your garage door with your phone. That's it. It could be so much better if they allowed it to be integrated with Alexa and Google Assistant. You CAN do that but Chamberlain requires you to purchase their subscription service to do it. They greatly overestimate how much people want to be able to say "Alexa, close the garage door. " That'd be nice, but not worth a monthly fee. A Meross smart wifi GDO remote will do the same thing for no monthly fee.

easy to install but there are problems with the app. the time is off by about 1 hour and it doesn't always send notifications when the door is opened or closed. I have the app set to send all notifications and I still don't always get notified. I see nothing in the app to allow you to set the correct time. also the app keeps going offline. connection should be good as there's a mesh node less than 10 feet from it. glad I didn't pay much for it since it's pretty useless.
