I'm trying to activate this app for more than ten days and I failed to do that i phoned the call center twice the first time they sent me a video showing the process and went to the branch bank in Alkhood without any progress ! It is really annoying when I start to activate the phone by choosing NEW PHONE the system replies to me that I'm not registered on the ban mobile banking and ask me to choose NEW USER .when I do that .the system informs me that sms couldn't be send???

Restricted my account because the ID isn't updated although it's their app that isn't working properly. Now have to go to the bank & wait there with a baby for hours just to find out that the incompetent staff missed something. And this is with the highest fees in the country.

Weirdest experience with Bank muscat application. It's server is really bad that can't open a bank account it time out really quick tried a thousand time .such a bad idea choosing bank muscat app for starting an new account. Really bad experience I got . please don't use this application to start an bank account.you will hate it. I had no choice that's why I have given 1 star rating or else I can't comment on this . It's doesn't worth even 1 star. Banking is better.
