It's well thought out and has all the functionality to help you be successful in your journey. We take the remembering off your shoulders!

Features:

1. Set how many meals you would like to eat
2. Set the increments of time you want between each meal.
3. Set when and how many reminders you would like before and after a scheduled meal
4. Unique feature to even remind you about your first meal of the day
5. Keeps track of your weight loss progress with a weigh-in record keeper. (Auto Saved on the cloud)
6. Can add extra meals after the day has already started
7. Ability to edit any individual meal time at any time during the day

The goal is for our app to be the only one you will need to maximize your results. If it’s not then please give us your suggestions on new features using the feedback option in the app.

Using Samsung S23 Ultra. I have notifications set to remind me 30 minutes prior to a meal, so I can ensure I have time to prepare, but I don't get any notification or sound unless I actually open the app. Other than that, it's a convenient feature to be able to figure out meal times and even adjust the time I ate (click the pencil (Edit) icon), if I forget to click "Eat".

On the Optavia plan and this app is great to remind me when to eat. I love that it is customizable for the times and is easy to change or add times if needed. I also love that I can keep track of my weight loss over time. I would LOVE if it added a way to track my water intake in oz, link to my fitbit for calorie and step calculations, and would allow me to check off if I'd eaten all my greens, condiments, healthy fats etc (or give a place to make notes in the times I've eaten).

Excellent, easy to use & interpret & flexible. Highly recommend. Takes very little time to use. I am a retired pgarmacist & would suggest adding a place associated with or next to each eating time for notes, such as blood sugar readings just before each snack/meal as well as a brief description of food intake. Blood sugar readings, of course, will give an indication of insulin levels. A spike or high insulin levels will cause the body to deposit more calories as body fat.
