Unable to activate the app. SMS verification step is not working. *Update* After contacted the call center several times, placed on hold for long time, and troubleshoot the problem, I got no where to activate the app due the activition SMS not sent out. Contacted my carrier who verified everything is working sending SMS to short number. I am very frustrated and disappointed ☹️

Very bad experience despite the verification message is already sent it kept telling that the number is not verified at the bank, i kept reinstalling the app for many times and it's the same problem every time ...i couldn't use it tell now !!! What should i do

Dear Customer, sorry for the inconvenience. Please make sure that you are using either an active debit card or a Meeza prepaid card. in addition to using the same mobile number that is registered at your bank. If you are facing the same issue, please contact your bank to update your information.

For more than 10 days whenever I want to send money the app just closes and a notification pops up that says the app has a bug, I tried to delete the app and download it again twice still doesn't work.
