Good app making paying easy. Recent issues I have experienced is nectar needs verifying quite regularly, slow to show fueling has completed and paid, offers slow to load or fails. Main issue now is using nectar points to get money off fuel has never worked, I have no idea if this is a location specific offer. update. Redeeming nectar points for money off was never fixed, I doubt it works for anyone.

Really like the app when it works, there have been a lot of updates but since the last one the biometric unlock has stopped working and causes an app error. I have to use my PIN to unlock. There is still an ongoing issue when fuelling that even in a strong signal area (and with someone holding onto my phone in the car to keep the screen activated) the payment/fuelling graphics don't always process correctly and get stuck on 'fuelling now'. I have to check email for receipt.

The app was supposed to make it easier to refuel. Constant issues with logging in/payment. Several times now I've pulled up at my local Esso station and the app won't work and tells me to pay in store. I asked the guy on the till and he said it should be working (Ripon) but he has had loads of complaints it doesn't work. I've now decided to get fuel from somewhere else as the only reason I use Esso is for the rewards in app but if I can't do that what's the point.
