This must be the worst fuel company app of the lot. No matter how many times I try, I cannot add an AMEX credit card to replace one that had expired. What kind of a company does that? Update on 9/12/24: The issue is clearly set out above, but Mobil fobs me off with a standard reply, as it does with nearly every review of its App on Google Play, rather than FIXING the issue. Astonishing.

I have been a long time user and generally satisfied with the app over the years despite occasional freezing after a payment. However, after the recent app update and instructions to update my card payment details, I was unable to update my card despite several tries. I am unsure of how to proceed as the screen just times out.

The new update is horrendous. Can't update any cards. It doesn't load on the payment screens (tried using multiple cards). I have my password saved on my phone, and now it comes up as 'incorrect.' tried to update the password, and now I get an error code (461) every time.
