Bad customer service I have using this app from last 1 one year . And I am facing same issue 2bd time. If you have any problem like amount debited and sending failure if you connect to customer care service. 1st you are not able to connect him and if you are connected they not solve your issue as soon as possible. According to my view this application is not good to use. Very Bad service experience

Highly disappointed with the service. I recharged my friendi pay account. The amount got deducted from the bank but it has still not reflected in friendi pay account. 48 hours have already passed. No one replies in whatsapp customer care and emails. And it takes upto 1 hour just to connect to customer care in call that too no proper support and clarity. My money is still stuck. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed!!

One of the worst app I ever seen. Added money to wallet but not showing in app. amount already deducted from my account I try to contact customer service, but there no response, even whatsup, no reply. Very very poor app I think I got scammed😡😡😡 I request to all dont ever use this app.
