My family and I use it together. Age ranges from 38 to a 1 year old. The four of us get our blood pumping once to twice a day. The video examples are great for my kids to understand how to do the exercises correctly. Only drawback we saw was that the meal planner doesn't offer a lot of variety but I guess thats the point. LOL!

the beat workouts app available. you can schedule offline workouts and almost every exercise is available in the free version. i love it personally, been using it for years. Highly recommended 💯

Very good app and works to reduce body fat and get fit. Reasonable level of difficulty. Good animation. However, I feel a little buggy, i.e. doing the abs workout and halfway through, and all of a sudden, all the exercises seem to have slowed down with slight pauses, which slow the whole exercise down. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.
