The app itself is actually really nice. It's easy to use, and the workout routines are fun. Unfortunately, the food section of the app will not work. Whenever I try to input any food, the app crashes. I'm using this on a Nord N10, so it may be a compatibly issue. I also do not like the ads. I understand they are there to help make money, and some ads are ok. But I get an ad every time I press anything in the app. It takes me forever to do anything because ads are constantly popping up.

Really good app, I really like it because it is very accurate and difficult as well. At first you will feel like you're doing nonsense, but in time you'll feel the moves. Also, the video guides compared to the 3d guides are most of the time not alike so I find it difficult to put things together

New review. I am just sharing experiences. I like this app it is very useful, because working out everyday in less time makes this very effective. Everything is great. All techniques explained under the images. This is the most useful app for a former Docando karateka like myself, who has blue belt, as this allows me to memorize the forms in karate, while learning TKD. Great app for people like me, if you want muscles, instead check out the dumbbell app or use it in addition to this. I am happy.
