It's good, but I feel like some of the visual references should be shown from multiple angles or like 360° so you know where every body part is supposed to be through the kick or punch instead of it mainly focusing on the legs for a kick and the arms for a punch. I think you should be able to see both the front back and sides of the body for every exercise. (It does show the whole body on every exercise it just doesn't show enough angles to see how certain limbs are positioned sometimes.)

The app itself is actually really nice. It's easy to use, and the workout routines are fun. Unfortunately, the food section of the app will not work. Whenever I try to input any food, the app crashes. I'm using this on a Nord N10, so it may be a compatibly issue. I also do not like the ads. I understand they are there to help make money, and some ads are ok. But I get an ad every time I press anything in the app. It takes me forever to do anything because ads are constantly popping up.

Aerobic exercise is boring and tedious, weight lifting is dull and strenuous. Martial arts is fun and not like exercise at all. You really don't need any equipment with this app, though I would suggest setting up a private dojo in your basement with some basics. Now it can't replace going to an actual dojo, no app can. But if you stick with it you will find yourself losing weight, gaining serious core strength, and getting a foundational understanding of the mechanics.
