I couldn't get though the exercises because the ads kept getting in the way. Couldn't back out of the current exercise because ads would pop up. Music was way too loud and overpowered the voice instructions. No option for volume compared to the voice, so just turned it off.

Having kick boxed in a past life, it's a good app. It could do more to teach, reminders about form and tips on technique. Would also prefer the workouts be more balanced, meaning you do the same move on each side.

Great app so far! I used to take actual kickboxing classes. I'm a toddler mom now and it's hard to find a kickboxing class that still has childcare. I'm used to the training so it's easy to follow. Even if you're new to it, you'll definitely catch on. I plan to do this three times a day to be down 40lbs by my 40th birthday in December. It's very possible. I'll be back!!
