Not bad, I've just started this, I want to learn kickboxing and I don't think it's a bad app, I've been sweating so much while I did the workout, it's day 1 and already. Good app but I'll keep updated on this and my journey

Just started, excellent so far. Well-designed plan for both exercise and diet. Clear instructions for each move. Start with a few basic moves, then add on more moves as you gain strength and stamina. Diet is fairly well balanced, and has a vegetarian option. Love it!

I couldn't get though the exercises because the ads kept getting in the way. Couldn't back out of the current exercise because ads would pop up. Music was way too loud and overpowered the voice instructions. No option for volume compared to the voice, so just turned it off.
