Forgot password and security questions. Unable to reset password. Vexed by sending mails all hdfcergo related mails including Grievance redressal. Call Centre also not helping. Unable to do business from past 3-4 months. Deeply disappointed with service and ease of usage. HDFC ergo is lacking behind technically. No use even after escalation to given mail Id

As I'm a channel partner I think I used this app more in a day based on that experience I can say that Worst app shows wrong information regarding policies and commissions....HDFC NEED TO IMPROVE QUALITY, RELIABILITY AND USABILITY OF THIS APP....SOME FEATUES ARE UNNECESSARY THEY ARE OF NO USE...DATA SHOWN IN APP IS INACCURATE.....WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER AS A CHANNEL PARTNER 🤙👎

Not satisfied in this app. Every week it's asking to update the app. Always asking the OTP. To renewals,Policy. It's irritating more.. Kindly requesting to change the updates.
