Printer randomly becomes "unavailable" for printing. Via HP's support website, troubleshoot/fix via Windows or Mac OS only. It tells me to download this app instead. I did, connected with the virtual agent, it says the fix will only take 5-10 minutes. Then it asks if I'm using Windows or Mac!?!? I respond Android. It won't continue, it keeps asking if I want to change the topic to (insert any and all other support topics here). Still can't print anything. This must be a joke, right???

I installed the HP app primarily to find information on the configuration and specification of the four HP laptops in use at my household. However, when I try to access this information, I get an error dialogue box with the title "Alert" and the text "Data not received". I am using the app on two separate Samsung devices running two different versions of Android (8 and 9).

Discovered this app via similar suggestions from play store. Pleasant find in all. Account creation was a bit cludgy & slow. It got me to empty screen with add button (it will help to have quick tutorial). Good to find support centres nearby. The bot looks too plain, but works for my question. Overall good. Dont see why I have to create account. You can give much experience without it me thinks. Will give 5 star once you allow without account. Bug: No Hard disk & battery is unknown in health?
