App has a lot of frustrating technical issues and the company still hasn't paid for work or reimbursement and are unprofessional in returning messages (most of their help service is just a FAQs anyway, no real people to assist). I can not recommend Instawork to anyone which is a shame because it could be a really great service but feels like they intentionally left the whole system half-cooked. Disappointing in the year 2024. Use at your own risk!

It is very good to my opinion at times . Easy app to used and self explanatory . The downside of the app is when you call in for emergencies after electing an assignment. Is impossible to talk to a live person. Under them that its impossible for to have an emergency or car brakes down without starting over the nice program they have to get same day pay. Getting punishment for something you can't help. They will make you start from the beginning. When you go to dispute is a computer system.

Well, according to the support team, certain app features are intentionally designed to be confusing. You can upload your resume 20 times, and that box will still never turn green. So you're stuck with the impression that your resume didn't get sent. Along with the implication that it will affect your shift access. Why does the app keep telling me that uploading my resume will give me access to more shifts when I can't even get a confirmation on whether or not my resume has been uploaded?!
