I have a digital subscription and the app isn't allowing me to log in and have access to the articles. I've contacted customer service and was given a response saying the same thing the app says. No resolution or problem solving just rereading the instructions that aren't working.

App does not work! I have paid for a digital subscription. The app however, will not let me activate. It says to contact customer service. I did with no response or resolution.

I can't log in to the app. I can log in from the website to my all access. The help is terrible, when I try contact help, it doesn't work.
