Impossible to use it for pressure washers. Not possible to activate with camera

I needed to charge - downloaded the app and tried to set up an account - even had to give passport number - why??? Then couldn't complete because it won't accept a British mobile number. Really frustrating.

A very helpful young Man. Helped me with my Waylet App. Very polite.
