This app is useless. I tried for hours to add my flight that I booked before I installed the app. My phone number is on my booking, I kept getting the prompt to enter the code sent to my phone, which I never received 🙃. I really want to manage my flight, but I can't add it on the website nor the app. 1 month later after finally being able to add my trips. I cannot add my passport info or any other info needed to fill out form. It's NOT BEING SAVED. CAN'T CONTACT PORTUGAL # provided.

Still horrible. To access a booking, after logging in and verification is done, a text message or email code is then needed. This additional step is ridiculous after already being verified to login. When the phone number on your account is not a Portuguese number, the text message verification code is never received. However text messages for flight alerts to non-Portuguese numbers work. There is something seriously wrong with this app. I use 5 other airline apps without a problem.

Horrible app and website. Anything that could go wrong when booking a flight will go wrong. Redirecting and losing progress, hidden fees, timing out and missing deals, the list goes on. If i found flights for 200$ more expensive with delta, i'd pay 200$ extra to fly delta so I don't have to deal with this atrocity of an app and website.
