Unable to book appointment because the app keep saying the SMS verification code I entered is not a valid dob format??? I was asked of SMS code and I enter the code given, why is it invalid? I also tried my DOB and OF COURSE it's also wrong because it's not the SMS code! When I tried to get help through the WhatsApp support, the "human" agent took more than 10 minutes in between EVERY SINGLE RESPONSE. It's worse than talking to a bot

Bad and insecure practices. They will ask you to send via email the front and back of your NRIC for something as trivial as changing your email address. This is after they already collected those images upon sign up. One cannot change their own email address for login even after logging into the app. One cannot send an authenticated message to them after login for higher risk transactions. They insist on using insecure communications channels to "verify your identity", despite having an app.

A rating of 1 is overly generous, but that's the lowest we could go. A previously working version of the app has now morphed into an unusable app. A registered email turned into an unregistered account. Reading through the other reviews showed that I am not alone, and that this is not the only issue. Unfortunately, I am not someone who will jump through hoops just to re-register to make arrangements for health screening so it just means a lost customer.
