Does not work as advertised. It's supposed to connect to and sync with certain other services, but it does not. I've linked it to MyFitnessPal, but it does not send data from my Matrix bike workout to MyFitnessPal. MyFitnessPal tells me "Huh? We don't sync with ViaFit. It's supposed to connect with Strava. Although it "connects" with Strava, it doesn't trade any data with Strava. The only thing ViaFit does is it collects data from my Matrix R50 bike, but there the data sits. Big deal.

I totally agree with Julie. The recent update has eliminated the very useful totals of time, distance and calories burned over a day, week, month or year. The graphs are useless. Please bring back this feature so we can see the progress we are making on a cumulative basis! FIX THE APP!!!

It's semi-ok I guess, but it doesn't record or graph Pace, (min per 500m) the effort metric rowers really care about. Or any effort metric. It also doesn't give all-time totals so I will never be in the Million Meters Club. It can't get my heart rate data from my Polar app either. Sometimes it just randomly loses an entire workout. Concept2 does a much better job, so buyer's remorse even though I like my rower itself - this is the only app for it. These issues should be so easy to fix!
