Ratings and reviews

The app continues to get better with each update but there are a few things I think would help. Switching between accounts and back almost always froze the app until I set my secondary account as the primary. Don't ask about the default account between every switch. Also, trying to load a prospectus takes forever and often seems like the app has frozen.

I can't read the screen even with reading glasses and having my text size on the largest setting. There are no controls in app for font size. Retirement account for who? Not anybody close to retirement. If you're going to make everything so small then at least allow zooming in/out in app. Otherwise it provides a decent overview if you can get your pho far enough from your eyes or if you happen to have a magnifying glass handy or if you're not over 40.

Ever since they moved from prudential to empower, I've been able to log in once. It keeps saying error contact customer support. Fix your app. Update 7/10/24 i still have yet to be able to log in through the app or the computer. It won't let me reset my password that I literally never created in the first place and the customer service phone just rings with no answer. POS company
